From Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro:

• JR to Hamamatsucho, then Tokyo Monorail to Haneda (~45 min total), or
• JR to Shinagawa, then Keikyu Line to Haneda (~45 min total)
• Airport Limousine Bus also runs from Ikebukuro — simplest with luggage
• Allow 2.5–3 hours before this international flight
