Universal Studios Japan — Skip

Decision: We're skipping USJ this trip. Day 10 is now a relaxed Nara day trip (deer park + giant Buddha).

Pokemon Cafe — Osaka (Day 9)

Decision: Pokemon Cafe Osaka on Day 9 (July 26), paired with Pokemon Center Osaka DX. Book June 25 at 6 PM JST.

teamLab Planets — Added (Day 3)

Decision: Added to Day 3 (July 20) morning, before Shibuya/Harajuku afternoon. Closing permanently in 2027!

Gion Matsuri Seating — Paid Seats (Day 7)

Decision: Booking paid seating for July 24 parade. Guaranteed views with shade, no need to arrive hours early with the kids.
