An immersive, barefoot walk through digital art installations. You wade through water, walk through flowers, and float in infinity mirror rooms. Everyone in the family will love this.

What to know:
- You go barefoot — wear easy-on/off shoes
- Wear shorts or clothes you can roll up (you wade through knee-deep water)
- Allow ~2 hours
- Fully air-conditioned

Afternoon
Shibuya Crossing + Hachiko
The world's busiest pedestrian crossing. Best viewed from the Starbucks overlooking the intersection, or just dive in and cross it yourself! Quick photo at the Hachiko statue outside Shibuya Station.
Pokemon Center SHIBUYA
Located in Shibuya PARCO (floors 5-6). Great first "big hit" Pokemon stop! Trendy exclusives and limited items.
Timing: Keep this visit focused so you have time for IGGY CAFE and can leave Shibuya around 3:30 PM for the booked Capyneko slot.
Tip: This is your first "price discovery" day — note prices for comparison with Osaka later.
☕ IGGY CAFE — Shibuya PARCO
Stop at IGGY CAFE on the 6th floor of Shibuya PARCO while you're already in the building for the Pokemon Center. Make this a quick late lunch, drink, or dessert stop rather than a long sit-down meal.
Timing: Aim to finish the PARCO block and leave for Harajuku by about 3:30 PM.
🐹 Capyneko Cafe (Harajuku) — 4:00 PM (booked)
Interactive cafe with capybaras and cats — calm, AC, and a perfect late-afternoon heat-shelter after the Shibuya block.
Booked: July 20, 4:00 PM · 50-minute interaction · 4 people. Arrive a little early after coming from Shibuya PARCO.
Meiji Jingu Shrine
After Capyneko, head directly to Meiji Jingu for a peaceful walk through the forested approach and a visit to the main shrine. This is a calming contrast to Shibuya and keeps the route concentrated around Harajuku.
Timing: Aim to enter around 5:10 PM and finish by about 6:10 PM. Do not linger elsewhere first because the shrine closes around sunset.
Evening
Optional Harajuku Browsing
If everyone still has energy after Meiji Jingu, browse Takeshita Street or Kiddy Land on Omotesando. Treat this as optional rather than rushing the shrine or the booked cafe.
Dinner + Pack for Kyoto
Dinner in Harajuku, Shibuya, or back near the hotel. After dinner, pack up — tomorrow you're taking the shinkansen to Kyoto!
Tip: Pack a small day bag separately for the train — you'll want snacks and entertainment accessible.
