Heat Strategy Reminder

July in Japan is hot and humid. Our daily pattern:

• Early morning (6-9 AM): Outdoor sights (shrines, parks)
• Midday (11 AM - 3 PM): Air-conditioned spaces (museums, malls, arcades)
• Evening: Street food, walks when it cools down

Always carry: water, small towel, portable fan, electrolytes.
